The downstairs bedroom

The downstairs bedroom, with its queen size bed also has French doors accessing the lower covered terrace and the swimming pool. A large window overlooks the gardens on the east side of the property.

The family room

The family room opens to a covered terrace and the pool. The sofa will convert to either a double bed or two singles. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, and pedestal sink and there is a separate downstairs wc with toilet and vanity
